Refund & Cancellation Policy

01Digital Delivery & Fulfilment Timeline

Master Yean readings are bespoke digital consultation reports generated on our server immediately after Stripe or CHIP confirms your payment.

In normal operation, your reading is displayed on the web / Telegram within 1–3 minutes of payment confirmation, and a copy is emailed to the address provided at checkout.

02Refund Policy for Delivered Readings

Because we verify your birth clock and show your Four Pillars (BaZi) chart recap free of charge BEFORE checkout, and because paid readings are custom-generated and delivered immediately upon payment:

• Completed Deliveries: Once a Yearly Brief (RM 20) or Monthly Detail (RM 20) reading has been generated and delivered to your screen, Telegram, or email, the transaction is final and non-refundable.
• Subjective Dissatisfaction: Refunds are not issued based on stylistic preference or disagreement with traditional BaZi cultural interpretations.

03When You ARE Entitled to a Full Refund

We stand behind reliable technical delivery. You are eligible for a 100% full refund (RM 20.00) in any of the following situations:

• Non-Delivery / Technical Failure: Your payment was captured, but due to a server, webhook, or delivery error, you did not receive your reading within twenty-four (24) hours and our team cannot fulfil it.
• Duplicate Charge: You were accidentally charged more than once for the same birth chart and plan within the same billing period.
• Unauthorized Post-Cancellation Renewal: You cancelled your Monthly Detail subscription before the renewal date, but a billing error caused another charge.

04Monthly Subscription Cancellation Policy (RM 20 / Month)

If you subscribe to the Monthly Detail plan (RM 20.00 / month auto-renewing):

• Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next monthly renewal date with zero cancellation penalty.
• How to Cancel: Email support@masteryean.com with your registered email address or checkout receipt, or use the subscription management link in your billing receipt / Telegram bot.
• Effect of Cancellation: Cancelling stops all future monthly charges immediately. You will continue to receive your weekly Monday emails and scheduled readings until the end of your current paid monthly period (period_end). We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partially unused days within an already-started month.

05How to Request a Refund & Processing Time

To request a refund or report a delivery issue, please email support@masteryean.com within seven (7) days of the transaction date, quoting your email address, payment receipt, or checkout reference.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method (credit/debit card or FPX bank account via Stripe or CHIP) within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your issuing bank's settlement schedule.
